A delicious display of the combination between Rachael’s creative winemaking and the farming practices required to produce premium wines. Her legacy lives on!
This wine is made from 100% Estate grown fruit. Aged 15 months in 4-year-old French Oak.

Tasting Notes
Shows aromas of sour red cherry and orange peel with hints of tobacco leaf. On the palate the wine is medium-bodied and dry with flavors of ripe red cherry and anise and a long savory finish.
