2013 Estate Syrah Noir
A more rustic clone of Syrah, the Syrah Noir grape produces a wine with more spice and earthiness that your typical jammy warm climate Syrah. In our first release of 100% Syrah Noir, we aged this vintage for 13 months in new French and American Oak barrels. What results is a wine with a dark fruit aromatic profile with hints of cocoa and spice. On the palate, blackberries and black cherries dominate with a pleasant earthy minerality in a lingering silky finish.
