Medium to full bodied with aromas of almond crusted, honey covered peach pits that you just might be able to ignite. On the palate, Key lime and peaches are followed by a full, mid palate finish of silky hazelnut.

2017 Estate Chardoriño
90% Chardonnay, 10% Albariño
The Chardonnay for our fourth vintage of Chardoriño was barrel fermented in new French oak then aged in the same barrel for an additional 6 months sur lie after the Albariño was added. This medium to full bodied wine gives aromas of apricot, cantaloupe and peach brioche with hints of honeysuckle and agave. On the palate, brightly balanced stone fruits join tangerine and citrus tea in a full, smooth finish.

The 2017 vintage of Queue Rouge is a, Right Bank Bordeaux inspired, medium bodied blend that brings aromas of raspberries, red plum and currants with hints of spicy caramel and herbs. The fruit carries through on the palate with notes of boysenberries and raspberries accompanying hints black pepper in a smooth and firm lasting velvet finish.

Aged in new, 1-year-old, 2-year-old and 3-year-old French, Slovakian and American oak; this bold and medium to full bodied red wine displays aromas of raspberries, black cherries and hints of hickory sweetness. On the palate, toasted blackberries and raspberries dominate with a long, full, lingering velvety finish.

2016 Estate Reserve Cabernet Franc
100% Cabernet Franc
This medium bodied wine spent a total of 19 months in 80% new French oak. Aromas of fresh raspberries, redcurrants, and cherries are interlaced with dried cranberries and herbaceous aromas of oregano, black currant leaves, and violets. This wine shows crisp red fruit on the palate with good acidity, followed by bramble, kirsch, toast, and smoked pepper. This wine has a long finish and firm structured tannins.
