2022 Estate Syrah Noir
Syrah Noir is a specific, clonal selection of the Syrah grape known for smaller berries and more concentrated flavors. This vintage has aromas of juicy red fruits, black currant, vanilla and cedar on the nose complimented by a spicy green peppercorn finish. Pairs well with aged hard cheeses, grilled meat/vegetables, pepper-crusted steak, and chimichurri.
