2022 Sparkling Albarino
A blend of Albariño grapes sourced from 2 distinctly different vineyards in Escondido, CA; BriArs Vineyards, owned and farmed by Deb Arsenault and Ted Briski, and Butsko Family Vineyards, owned and farmed by Barbara and Gregg Butsko along with their son, Reid Butsko. This rich and delicious fruit was fermented in stainless steel and neutral cooperage then made into a brut sparkling wine using the the méthode champenoise.

Shows aromas of white peach, gala apples and lime zest. On the palate medium-bodied, dry with similar fruit flavors, a fine persistent mousse and a clean fruity finish.
