Made from grapes grown at the Lonesome Oak Vineyards, owned by Mary Anne and Jon Walters in Valley Center, CA. After years of diligent work resurrecting a vineyard that, in 2017, only produced 100lbs. of grapes, we have our first 100% Carménère from this 1/3 acre vineyard. A wine with deep violet color and aromas of dark berries is followed on the palate with a bright, silky textured depth of dark berries and a hint of black pepper with a lingering medium - full finish.
