Aged sur lie for 6 months in stainless steel and a blend of new, 1 year old, and 2-year-old French oak barrels, this medium bodied wine brings aromas of ripe mangoes with stone fruits, hints of green apple and caramel. On the palate, ripe mangoes are followed by nectarines, bright citrus and pineapples that follow to a full, lingering satin finish. 110 cases produced.

The Chardonnay for our fourth vintage of Chardoriño ® was barrel-fermented in new French oak then aged in the same barrel for an additional 6 months sur lie after the Albariño was added. This medium to full bodied wine gives aromas of apricot, cantaloupe and peach brioche with hints of honeysuckle and agave. On the palate, brightly balanced stone fruits join tangerine and citrus tea in a full, smooth finish. 25 cases produced

Our 3rd vintage of dry Rosé was made in a Côtes du Rhône style with limited skin contact and direct to press grape processing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel under cool temperatures and aging occurred in neutral cooperage. What results is a salmon hued wine with aromas of strawberries, rose petals and cherry bread, followed on the palate by a bright, viscous entry of strawberries and Key lime with a medium velvet finish. A perfect accompaniment for a sunny San Diego afternoon with friends! 75 cases produced.

Aged in mostly new French Oak, our first Southern Rhone style GSM blend is one a la Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Raspberries, blackberries and toasty vanilla dominate the nose while the palate is embraced by mineral laced blackberries and raspberries with a hint of meaty black pepper and a medium, velvety finish. 100 cases produced.

Queue Rouge is a blend of Boudreaux varietals consisting of 35% Malbec, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Cab Franc, and 9% Merlot. A medium bodied wine with aromas of raspberries, cranberries, and cherries. The red fruit carries through on the palate with dusty tannins and good acidity. Notes of strawberries, candied cherries, watermelon, white pepper, and smoke linger on a lengthy finish. 25 cases

Aged for 16 months in a blend of older and new French, American and Slovakian oak, this central Italian inspired blend is created from fruit grown in Fallbrook and Hungry Hawk Vineyards. A medium bodied wine that brings aromas of red currants, dried cranberries and raspberries with hints of rose petals with toasty vanilla and cedar. On the palate, strawberries, black currants and red plums are joined by hints of black pepper, clove and tobacco with a medium, lingering silky ﬁnish. 95 cases produced.

This medium bodied wine was aged for 20 months in a mix of American, French, and Slovakian oak barrels. Dense aromas of dried cranberry, raspberry, and boysenberry lead the way followed by pencil shavings, toast, coffee, and roasted hazelnuts. The dried fruit aromas carry through on the palate balanced by bright acidity and flavors of bramble, fig, black pepper, and vanilla. Long expressive finish. 75 cases
