2017 Estate Grown

This blend of 72% Viognier and 28% Pinot Gris is our 4th vintage of Mélange Blanc. It was fermented partially in neutral cooperage and partially in one and two year old French oak barrels. What results is a smooth, medium bodied wine that displays aromas of sweet grass, jasmine, pear and kiwi. This is followed on the palate by kiwi, Meyer lemon and tangerine with subtle hints of vanilla and caramel in a full, lasting, velvety finish. 105 cases produced.

This 100% San Diego County Malbec is made from grapes grown  at Hill Springs Farms in Warner Springs, and aged for a total of 12 months in a blend of mostly 4 year old French oak with a little shot of new, heavily toasted American oak. 70 cases produced.

2015 Estate Grown

Our third vintage of Syrah Noir was aged for 22 months in a blend of new French, American and Slovakian oak. It is a bold and rustic wine with aromas of raspberries, blackberries and thyme with hints of smoked bacon, black pepper and roasted coffee. The red and black fruit carry through on the palate with a velvety mouthfeel. Notes of blackberries, hickory and black pepper linger on its lengthy finish. 116 cases produced.

Aged 21 months in new American, French, and Slovakian oak, this medium bodied wine displays aromas of black cherries, raspberries and herbs with hints of green olive and caramel. It is followed on the palate by raspberries, tobacco and smoky black pepper with a long, lingering velvet finish. 143 cases produced.
